LARRI for healthcare decisions.

LARRI acts like a digital notary for decisions concerning prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and export controls. It creates a tamper-evident, verifiable link between each recorded outcome and the evidence, cited policy, asserted decision-making authority, software version, recorded privacy-check results, digital signatures, timestamps, and trust metadata associated with it.

What travels with the decision

The exact record needed for integrity review.

LARRI Core minimizes PHI by allowing sensitive records and proprietary decision logic to remain private while exposing only necessary information and cryptographic commitments.

The independent LARRI Verifier can later confirm, offline and deterministically, that the receipt and supporting package are authentic, complete for the declared verification scope, and untampered—without requiring continued access to the producer.

Proprietary decision engine

LARRI Core

LARRI Core is the proprietary execution engine that turns the LARRI protocol into an operational decision system. It evaluates structured evidence against bound, version-controlled policies and produces deterministic outcomes, explicit refusals and a complete verification record for each decision.

Every result is cryptographically tied to the evidence considered, the policy version applied, the declared signer and trust context, and the exact Core release that produced it. This makes decisions portable, reproducible and independently checkable across organizations, without requiring disclosure of proprietary scoring methods, decision math or policy logic.

The LARRI specifications define the verification standard. LARRI Core is the controlled, auditable working product for issuing consistent decisions, detecting drift or substitution, preserving provenance and supporting accountable automation at scale.

Regulated deployment

Built for HIPAA-aligned healthcare verification

LARRI is designed for full compliance with the protections healthcare institutions and regulators expect.

The protocol enforces limiting unnecessary disclosure, preserves the integrity of electronic health information, and keeps trust separate from the records being verified while preventing sensitive data from leaking through reports or diagnostics.

Its healthcare profile checks the exact export package, blocks releases with required privacy failures, and produces safe, reviewable results without exposing raw patient information.

LARRI is a strong technical foundation for HIPAA-regulated workflows, operating alongside an institution’s required access controls, encryption, risk management, retention policies and administrative safeguards.
